Next-Gen FIFA 14 Promised to be a Better Debut

FIFA 14 is coming soon to current-genplatforms at the end of next monthFUT Coins , but it will still come to those fancynext-gen platforms from Sony to Microsoft.
I have been waiting for a long time,wanting to play FIFA 14 on next-gen consoles. The new graphic engine will offersomething different from what we get from current machines. And it might beworth waiting for them as they will be better games. And not just graphically,either. EA has outlined some of the reasons why gamers may want to either holdout for next-gen FIFA 14 or buy the game a second time when PS4 and Xbox Oneare released.
Speaking to Eurogamer, EA Sports' DavidRutter showed that the next-gen version will be better.
"We wanted to improve the behavioursof the players and the AI. A lot of that is around physics and decision makingand the way they move, and we've got roughly four times the processing ofdecisions," he said.
"The feature's called Pro Instincts,and it's based around the processing power of the new consoles allowing us tohave players almost predict the future. The player on the pitch is runningalong and a tackle comes in ahead of him. Currently two things happen - heeither hits the leg or he doesn't hit the leg. This new generation of consoleswe have every nuance of possible collision, and trying to position himself notto collide."
The next-gen FIFA team plans to addressplayer behaviors. The next-gen version also has "roughly ten times theanimation" of the current generation releases, and runs in 1080p, and willhave more realistic crowds. Ignite system will be made use of by FIFA gamesexcept on the PC.
"We've always been, probably, at theforefront of animation technology in a videogame. We've got roughly ten timesthe animation on Xbox One and PS4 than on current gen consoles. We wanted toimprove the behaviours of the players and the AI. A lot of that is aroundphysics and decision making and the way they move, and we've got roughly fourtimes the processing of decisions."
Obviously, Rutter and his team areconfident of a better debut this generation than last time out. FIFA 14 is dueat launch in November, but it is still coming to PS2, PS3, PSP, Vita, Wii, 3DSand Xbox 360 along with free-to-play Android and iOS. What do you think?
